When truck driver Brian Miner was saw an officer with the Illinois State Police speed past him on wet pavement while using his cell phone, he blasted his horn to get the officer’s attention and tell him to slow down. The officer responded by pulling Miner over for improper use of his horn, which gave Miner a chance to tell the officer exactly what he thought of his driving.
After several minutes of defending his obvious violations, the officer took Miner’s paperwork, indicating that he’d be issuing a citation. Then, the bizarre traffic stop took a surprising turn when the officer returned to Miner’s truck…
