Ahead one game in a hotly-contested playoff series with the Golden State Warriors, the Los Angeles Clippers suffered a major diversion since the incredibly racist comments of their owner became public several days ago.
With 10 of the 12 players on the team and their head coach all being black, owner Donald Sterling’s derogatory comments were especially hurtful to the organization. Players turned their jerseys inside out during warmups on Sunday and fans have been left in a state of confusion over how to pull for their team without supporting the team’s owner.
If there was any doubt where anyone in the organization not named “Sterling” stands on the matter, that’s been swept aside as their website’s homepage has been shut down, replaced by a simple and striking message of unity and protest…

For a time, the site was completely inaccessible through the homepage, but now they’ve added a link, so you can reach the actual site if you click through.
