Baltimore streets began to give way yesterday as days of heavy rain took their toll on the city. When 26th Street in the busy Charles Village neighborhood began to cave, residents looked on in astonishment.
One man taking video of the incredible mess captured the street’s retaining wall giving way to the rain-soaked earth, sending cars plummeting 75 feet to the railroad tracks below…
