Severe flooding has wreaked havoc on New Brunswick, Canada, over the last few weeks. Local resident Rene Girouard was filming this Sainte-Marie de Kent bridge as huge chunks of ice were steadily trapped behind the bridge by the rising water. And then the bridge couldn’t handle it anymore…
