About a year into his presidency, LBJ needed some pants — some very specific pants. So he called up his fellow Texans at Haggar Clothing and ordered some.
At the time, all White House calls were recorded and archived, and this one was no exception. So we get to hear President Johnson in 1964 tell Mr. Haggar that he wants the same pants as they made him last time with just a few adjustments…which he then describes and explains in hilariously graphic detail…
