Mother and Blogger, Liesl Testwuide, sent her 8-year-old son to summer camp last year, in the hopes he’d have a great time and get to experience all that camp has to offer. It was the first time he had been away from home for more than a night, and she was eagerly waiting to get a letter from him since she knew the camp staff urged the children to write to their parents.
After a while she got her wish when the mailman turned up. Her son had written her a letter telling her about all the things he had learned so far at camp, it wasn’t exactly what she had in mind but oh boy was it amazing.
Next year she needs to make sure to send him to summer camp with a whole book of stamps.
