College football coach surprises a walk-on player with a full scholarship

In his first season as a starter last year, University of Houston kicker Kyle Bullard was a perfect 6-6 on field goals and 20-20 on extra point attempts. However, as a walk-on member of the team, the junior was paying his own way through school without a scholarship.

That all changed when Coach Tony Levine called Kyle and his mom into his office a few weeks ago for a meeting that he secretly recorded. Levine spent a few minutes keeping them guessing about the purpose of the meeting before finally getting to the point…
